A destination that lasts forever

The most important journey is the one that leads you home.

Tyler can guide you toward amazing destinations in this life. More importantly, he would be honored to point you to Jesus Christ and the promise of eternal life to come.

Walk the Romans Road

The Romans Road

God has made the way of salvation clear.

The Romans Road is a simple walk through passages in the book of Romans that explain our need, God’s grace, and the response of faith. Salvation is not earned by good works, religious effort, or becoming “good enough.” It is God’s gift, received by turning to Jesus Christ in faith, trusting in His death and resurrection, and confessing Him as Lord.

  1. The human problem

    Sin

“for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,”

    Romans 3:23 (ESV)

Every person has sinned. None of us meets God’s perfect and holy standard, and none of us can repair that separation on our own.

  2. The consequence of sin

    Death—but also a gift

“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

    Romans 6:23 (ESV)

Sin earns death: physical death and eternal separation from God. Yet the verse does not end there. God offers eternal life as a free gift, and that gift is found in Jesus Christ.

  3. The solution

    Christ’s sacrifice

“but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

    Romans 5:8 (ESV)

God did not wait for us to become worthy. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, took the penalty for our sin upon Himself and died in our place. His sacrifice is the unmistakable proof of God’s love.

  4. The response

    Faith

“because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”

    Romans 10:9 (ESV)

Salvation is received through faith in Jesus Christ. Believe that He died for your sin and rose from the dead, turn from trusting yourself, and openly confess Jesus as Lord.

  5. The assurance

    A promise for anyone

“For ‘everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’”

    Romans 10:13 (ESV)

This promise is for everyone. Your past does not place you beyond the reach of God’s grace. Anyone who sincerely calls on Jesus Christ for salvation will be saved.

  6. The result

    Peace with God

“Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

    Romans 5:1 (ESV)

Through faith, God declares the believer right with Him. The separation caused by sin is replaced with peace and a restored relationship through Jesus Christ.

  7. The new life

    Living in the Spirit

“There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”

    Romans 8:1 (ESV)

Those who belong to Christ are no longer under condemnation. Salvation begins a new life in which the Holy Spirit changes our desires, leads us in truth, and helps us grow in faith and obedience.

You can respond today

Call on the name of the Lord.

You do not need special words or a perfect prayer. Come to God honestly: admit your sin, believe that Jesus died and rose again, ask Him to forgive you, and surrender your life to Him as Lord. A prayer does not save you—Jesus does. Place your trust in Him.

“Thanks be to God for his inexpressible gift!”
