Time of My Life Travel LLC, marketed as Time of My Life Travel, respects the information you share with us. This notice explains what our website collects and how we use it.

Information you choose to provide

Our trip-planning form may collect contact details, travel dates, destinations, budget ranges, traveler preferences, and other details needed to research or arrange a vacation. The vacation personality quiz stores completed choices, scores, and the resulting primary personality and secondary influence. If you use the quiz follow-up form, it also stores the name, email address, and contact permission you provide. The Tyler’s Takes signup form may collect your name, email address, travel interests, preferred airport, and—only if you choose to provide it—a mailing address and postal-mail permission.

The planning-tool suggestion form collects the email address, idea category, desired functionality, optional description of the planning problem, optional follow-up permission, and acceptance of the Idea Submission Terms. Verification messages are deliberately delayed approximately 15 minutes. Unverified submissions may be discarded, and verified suggestions may be retained as business and product-planning records.

If you request a Disney Future Stay Offer reminder, we collect the first name, email address and checkout date you provide, plus limited technical information used to prevent abuse. We send an email-verification message and, after confirmation, one reminder approximately one day after checkout. This request does not subscribe you to marketing. The food-allergy planning worksheet runs only in your browser; Time of My Life Travel does not receive or store the allergy details entered there.

Please do not submit passport numbers, Social Security numbers, driver-license numbers, payment-card information, or other highly sensitive identification through these forms.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, plan and service travel, personalize communications, maintain Tyler’s Takes email preferences, operate the website, prevent abuse, and meet legal or business obligations. We may use service providers that support hosting, email, analytics, or travel fulfillment, but only as reasonably necessary for those functions.

Website analytics

With your permission, the website uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand page visits and actions such as selecting “Plan My Trip,” calling, emailing, or completing a form, and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These services may receive limited device, browser, page, and network information. We do not send names, email addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, or trip-form answers to either service. You may decline analytics when the preference notice appears. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be reset by clearing this site’s local storage.

Journey Atlas and maps

The Journey Atlas displays aggregated destination, travel-month, itinerary-count, and cruise-route information. It does not publish traveler names, contact information, booking numbers, exact departure dates, or individual trip details. Interactive map imagery and location lookup are provided by MapTiler. Loading or using the map may send MapTiler limited device, browser, page, and network information needed to deliver map content.

Quiz records and technical information

Completed quiz records may include the referring page, browser identification string, and a one-way hash derived from the network address received by our server. We use this limited technical information for attribution, reliability, and abuse prevention. We do not store the network address itself in readable form, use hidden identity-enrichment services, purchase contact information, or attempt to identify an anonymous quiz participant. A quiz record becomes contactable only when the participant knowingly submits a name, email address, and permission for us to respond.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, manage communications, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time using the unsubscribe link or our unsubscribe page. You may ask to review, correct, or delete information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes.
