Why we do not copy the times here

A copied parade time can become wrong while still looking official. The calendar inside Disney and the My Disney Experience app are the supported sources for current hours, parade times, fireworks and same-day changes.

This private worksheet helps you collect the details you will want when speaking with Disney. Nothing typed here is sent to or stored by Time of My Life Travel. When you are finished, you can print it, save it as a PDF, download it, or open a completed text or email draft to yourself.

Who is this sheet for? Use a family name or the traveler’s first name. When does the trip begin? We use this only to put the arrival date on your copy. What food or ingredients does each person need to avoid? List the person, the allergy or restriction, and anything a Cast Member should understand. Do not include medical-record numbers or other private documents. Where are you planning—or even thinking—about eating? Include booked meals, restaurants you are considering, quick-service stops, lounges, festival booths, or anything you want to research. Dates and confirmation numbers are optional. Never enter your Disney password or payment information. What do you want to ask at the restaurant? If you are not sure, keep the examples below. They are useful starting questions—not guarantees that a particular food is safe.

Disney says menus, recipes and ingredients can change; no item can be guaranteed completely free of allergens. Always tell the Cast Member about the allergy, ask for a Special Diets-trained Cast Member when needed, and verify the order when it arrives. For four or more allergy requests, pureed meals or a medically restrictive diet, Disney currently asks guests to contact its Special Diets team after dining is booked and no sooner than 14 days before arrival.

About My Disney Experience

We can work beside it. We should not impersonate it.

Disney does not publish a supported public My Disney Experience API for outside travel websites to read a guest’s plans. We will not ask clients for Disney passwords, intercept account tokens or depend on a private internal endpoint that could disappear without warning. These tools calculate from dates the guest chooses and send them to Disney for live account actions.
